I was born and raised in the US, near Seattle, Washington. My academic background includes courses in political science, law and HR. Professionally, I work in human resources and recruiting for a tech-based start-up in New York City. Previously I worked on the HR and legal teams for Harley-Davidson Motor Company’s international office in the UK.
Growing up in church, I came to know the good news about Jesus at an early age and followed Christ through baptism when I was 12. I wouldn’t have been introduced to the love of Jesus had it not been for the patient love of my parents, Scott and Susan.
I commit myself to worshiping God through love and service to others. To me, following Jesus is a moment by moment decision that is prompted by daily realization of God’s generous love for me despite my failures. Christ died and rose again that I might have life.
I am grateful to be traveling life with my family, many of whom know and follow Jesus, in particular my wife, Rebecca. We currently live and work in the Greater New York City area and are grateful to be a part of Crossroad Community Church in Jersey City, New Jersey.
We met Frank and Afua Dogbatsey while both our families were living in the United Kingdom between 2014 – 2018, and are blessed to call them dear friends. Together, we’re excited to participate in and support the ministry to Northern Ghana’s unreached communities.
