This is an opportunity to serve and support our full-time missionaries while ministering to and gaining insight about the people group. It also serves as an appetizer for people considering full-time missionary work among unreached people groups. The one-year opportunity also gives room for the missionary to pioneer new mission opportunities and strategies, thereby unearthing gifts in the body of believers.
