Anna was born in the
Soviet Union and raised in the Ural Mountains of Russia. Though she
grew up in a town and society that existed apart from the knowledge
of God, He reassured her that He exists and that He loves her, even
as a child. She heard the Good News of Jesus for the first time at
15, as an exchange student in the United States. It was there that
she learned Who this God was, Who had been pursuing her since her
early years. She gave her life to the Lord that year and took the
Gospel message back with her to Russia. Several years later, Anna met
her husband Tyson on the mission field in Slovakia.
Tyson and Anna have
been led to live, work and witness the miracle of God drawing souls
to Jesus in the US, UK, Kenya, Dubai, throughout South and Southeast
Asia and in the beautiful Eastern European country of Georgia, where
they now live. What they have treasured most in all the places that
they have called home is ministering to those that the Lord has given
them.
Anna has a Ph.D. in
child and educational psychology from Boston College and an MBA from
the University of Oxford. She currently serves as an education
consultant to national Ministries of Education and international
entities, as well as a trainer to school leaders and teachers
throughout the world. Anna met Afua in Oxford, where they were fellow
students at Said Business School, as well as neighbors. She is
honored to be joining Eternal Footprints Mission, eager to support
its mission of saving souls and serving children and communities
through education, in the name of Jesus.
